4 years agoGreat service saved us at short notice after L&L Propane failed us, gave L&L more then a weeks notice and when they finally showed up gave some lame excuses not to fill the tank left me and my wife two young kids in -23 degree weather running out of propane. But thanks too the good people at Cole oil & propane we are safe and warm. Need less to say I now have a new propane provider. Thank you Coles!

3 years agoALWAYS TOP SERVICE! I have had multiple interactions with this office and they service my tanks. They aren't pushy like most companies. You get top service for your dollar. Put in a service call for one of my tanks, had someone out here in less than an hr. Great cash discounts for fills. The ladies in the office are always professional and cheery even. Would 10/10 recommend.

4 years agoAbove and beyond customer service! I talked to mike from cole propane about a project I wanted to do this fall. Building a new garage. I needed the propane tank moved in order to build the garage in its place. He came out we discussed where it should go and made a game plan to move it. I let him know we wanted to lay concrete quickly so he had it moved in just a few days. Mike kept in contact with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with where he put it which I was. Then I went on to build the garage. Unfortunately the contractor I hired to help with the garage ended up being unreliable and never finished the work and just stopped taking phone calls so I had to finish it myself. As I got closer to finishing the garage I decided I needed a propane heater. So I called mike and he gave me all kinds of information on heaters. I ordered it and when it came it needed to be converted from natural gas to propane. This made me nervous. I called mike. Unfortunately it was a weekend and he took the time out of his weekend to talk me through what needed to be done then showed up promptly on Monday to hook up the propane to it. Helping me make the final adjustments to the regulators. And now I can finish my garage in warmth. This garage build was very stressful full of shady contractors but cole propane let me know there are still good people out there willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Again thank you Mike.

6 years agoCole Propane contacted me today and asked me to remove my previous rant of a review. So out of the kindness of my heart I have deleted my previous post even though Cole didn't offer much to differ my opinion in my review except to explain that my charges I had listed were incorrect which he was right. Add one star.

3 months agoVery inflexible staff. Never needed or asked for same day delivery, got charged and extra $50 because the office staff said I was under 25% full and that's what they do. The staff lied when they said they told me they explained that, and denied I told them I could wait 3 0r 4 days before I ran out. They said they did not need me as a future customer..........they don't deserve to have me, I was with the recently out of business, Strobel's, for 30 years or more without a single issue.
