Delivery is on auto-pilot and I don't even think about it any longer. You can be assured that when propane prices reach their peak that is when your tank will miraculously get topped off. Amazing coincidence.

Let me start by saying that I am completely accountable for allowing my propane getting to low... I spaced it big time. So I called the emergency number talked to Josh great guy. He gave me numbers for a guy on call. I was very upset that this man tried what he could do to not come out to my home. He asked if I had any 30lb,100lb cylinders I told him no I don't... He then asked me if I could get a hold of one. I responded no I'm broke I'm literally. He then asked can you go up to the gas station and ask Dean for one... I told him no. I was soo frustrated. I told him nevermind y'all will get to it when you get to it.. Thank you have a good d night and hung up... Now I'm wondering what's the point of having someone on call for things like this if they try to talk you into finding another resource to basically wait till business hours. I even apologized ahead of time for interrupting his Saturday. I'm hoping my pipes won't freeze...

Don’t do business with these guys. Threatened to pull mother’s tank in the middle of November because they were worried she’d fall behind due to rising prices. Any company that does this should be ashamed of themselves as they would be pulling the only source of heat just before winter. Utterly pathetic!
