Fantastic place for any outdoor need! Hunting equipment is fairly priced and they have a large selection. Store is neat, clean and easy to find stuff in. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying I love a good Fleet Farm. But this one is the opposite of that. I've tried to give them a few years to get their act together, but I still have no clue what they're doing. It's currently mid February and they've put away all the ice fishing stuff in favor of kayaks and life jackets. Several aisles are completely devoid of merchandise, so good luck finding what you're after. This is often the case in the middle of the peak time for certain hunting and fishing seasons. You'd think they would have learned how to keep things in stock by now, but I guess not. This store is very lucky they essentially have no competition for many many miles around, because there is no way they would win that battle. I only go here because there is no other option for hunting and fishing stuff in the area. I really want this store to be better, because I've seen really good Fleet Farms in the past that I've loved shopping at (Stevens Point, Menomonee Falls).

I had a bad experience trying to get some basic building materials. Not an employee in sight and the only stand up cart in the store for moving 4 x 8 sheets of plywood has wheels which work against you. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store. Nice tool selection though.

Extremely Poor Customer Service in their Auto Service Dept. I have tried to get a quote for a set of 4 new tires for my car by phone for 3 days, and I have not heard back from anyone in their Service Dept. I have left them a detailed voice mail of what i wanted to buy, along with my phone #, and have not heard a peep back from them. This store has consistently been going down hill for the last year or two. Poor employee staffing levels, and I have had many situations of incorrect pricing show up on my cash register receipts - even on advertised special sales items. Maybe they should consider paying their employees a higher wage to attract and retain quality employees. Sad to say, I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. SW
