Insight FS

We rent and haven't dealt with propane for years. Had no idea that we had to purchase from whomever owned the tank which was not labeled in any way. We proceeded to contact many propane dealers and get some price quotes. Virtually all the contacts were straightforward and helpful when contacted which led us to arrange for our tank to be filled by another company in a week. During this time we went to check the tank level to make sure that we wouldn't run out of gas. At this time our tank had been locked and labeled as the property of Insight. Now fearing that we had mistakenly booked a tank filled with a a different company, we reached out to insight for a price quote. They refused to give us any rates. Unfortunately we were forced to take what we got because we were locked out of our tank which unknowingly was their property.
