They are good about coming out when you need gas I've never had any issues with them. There customer service is always been great to work with. A lakes Gas company is typical commerce and state regulation aware family business in spite of Federal laws that get swept under the rug, as with many many states in the USA. If you have complex needs the whole region in general is probably not set up in county services you help. Nearby competition if services or container deals can not cover all the territory so price or alternate sources are like if you can burn wood then it's a good backup long term plan. Dont sell them short in other words.

The customer service is good but it's ridiculous they won't bring you gas in the winter if you owe money I get it in the summer but if you have propane gas you need to have propane we always pay our bill so Ferrell gas has them beat on that they at least bring you gas even if you owe money

The payment portal they use is horrible. It is not user friendly at all and I can't believe they spent money to upgrade to this system. Ridiculous

We move here 2 1/2 years ago and even though we wanted the tanks filled and continue service with Lanes gas they charged $75 for a leak inspection! I ran my shop tank out of gas so now they want $75 to leak test that tank! We are done with them in spring.
