Self check out is horrible now! I don’t understand why they took out multiple self checkout stations to add single long conveyor belts! Lines have doubled so nice they did that. Switch back, if I wanted a conveyor belt I’d go to a regular checkout lane.

After removing several smaller self checkouts in favor of long belt self checkouts, the lines have constantly been unbelievably long. They should have left the small self checkouts and removed the staffed check out lanes that never have any staff anyway. This is one of the most absurd "updates" to a store I've ever encountered. I'm generally tolerant of lines but there is no room to queue, I'd love to visit during holidays just to watch people throw down. Going to find alternative stores for sure now. Update: do not ever come here at any time around 5pm I've constantly waited over 20 minutes in line. It's getting worse than before. There was seemingly no manager on duty and if there was they weren't directing their staff in meaningful way. I gave the storage chance. Now I need to change where I buy all of my groceries from and we'll suggest to others they do the same

This place has gown down hill as of late. Nothing in stock. I don't even bother looking for produce or meat at this store as none of it ever looks edible. And to top that off they removed 4 self check outs and put clearance and sale items on their place. And as a result the wait times for check out have tripled. Just go to Meijer down the road cheaper prices anyways.

In general I wouldn’t leave this review but I feel like I need to share my experience. They had a bin of energy drinks marked buy 1 get one and they rang up buy 2 get one. No big deal, figure they’ll do a price adjustment and take down the sign. Nope they print my receipt without paying and send me to get in line at the service counter. Wait 10-15 minutes for other customers then go get the sign argue with me and say sorry it rang up right there advertisement was wrong. I’m getting mad at this point and start to record the atrocious customer service. The manager came by and did nothing. I purchased my other items and left the drinks they wouldn’t ring up at the price they were marked. Buyer beware. They ring up products at different prices than advertised and will not correct it when you catch them and waste a good portion of your day with no customer service.
