Pick n Save: 1405 Capitol Dr.

I work 7p-7a 36+ hours a week so when I got off work this morning I was so hungry and I was so excited to get some donuts. Grabbed a dozen and ... When I got home I looked at the bottoms (which I didn't notice because I grabbed the donuts with tissue.) And they're..all burnt on the end. I didn't want to go back because it's already 9 am and it's almost my time for bed. I hate complaining and I didn't want to bring the donuts back. A good portion of my family works for pick n save - brother is a regional manager. Another brother is manager in dairy . So I'm a huge fan of pick n saves/Kroger's/metros etc But these donuts..were that terrible (And this isn't the first time)and I had to say something so hopefully the bakery can figure out what's going on (maybe they're rushed and cranking the oven, maybe the oven is broken, maybe someone is forgetting them idk. But hopefully it won't happen again. (Just texted a friend who also got donuts and he said his we're also burnt. He thought it was just his.) Aside from that, love this store. Associates are kind, meat department is rockin'. fruit always has what I'm looking for. and it's clean and organized. But bakery is the most slacking department in this store. Thanks for being awesome aside from burnt donuts :)

Grocery pick-up has gotten really bad - I always like to help put my groceries in my car because it's polite, and the last employee just told me to quote, "back off." Defintely unprofessional. On the past 4 trips I noticed my substitutions weren't even mentioned like normal. Sure enough they charged me for 4 items they didn't give me the last trip, 2 the one before that, and 2 before that. Asked for refund and no one ever got back to me. It's a no for me.

I shop here because it’s close to home but some of the staff have been really rude and short with myself and my husband. Recently picked something from the deli and the lady behind the counter, Carol, was incredibly short with me. It really put me off to continuing to shop here. Not the first time a staff member has been that way though which is annoying and puts a damper on shopping there.

I went in here and went to customer service to cash a check and the white woman said we don't cash those checks, we only do payroll. She never even looked at my check, the check was still in my purse. She had a bad attitude towards me but she was friendly to the white woman standing in front me. I called the store and told on her and the manager said she's supposed to run the check to see if the system accepts it or not and she was supposed to look at it too! Racist woman needs to be fired.

employees here all white men have harrass, stalked, and profile woman here. Also the employees go out their way to create hillbilly, tacky, experiences for Kroger customers. a white van parked in the parking lot leaving their door wide open. LISCENCE plate : 394vhx Wisconsin plate the owner stares out the Pick n Save window starring at the customers in the parking lot they continue pressing the alarm button every other second to intimidate Kroger customers from shopping here. This is a employee they need to be fired very creepy, dumb and should not be working for the public they're making this establishment look very bad for kroger
