11 months agoToday I was searching for the Mountain Dew Flaming Hot flavored soda, but could not find any at all. I approached a worker who seemed to be stocking (his name tag said Nick) and he was very friendly and helpful. He quickly returned with a whole cart for me to choose from. Thanks Nick for making my experience at the store smoother!

5 months agoIt's a decent grocery store, but I always end up standing in the checkout line longer than the time I spend picking my groceries. And I see almost no masks even during covid spikes. I tend to go to a more chill store, which sucks cause this one is a bit cheaper and on my way home from work. Update: went again and there was ONE checkout opened. People were lining up into the aisles to get to the self checkouts. Hopefully won't have to go back for a few months.

2 months agoThis company lets random pushy phone/internet providers pay them for the right to accost you every time you’re minding your own business passing through a shopping chokepoint. Very pushy. Every. Single. Time. Very annoying.

4 months agoThe absolute worst managed Pick n Save on the planet. Example, ONE checkout open with a ton of people in line & in the store. Self checkout lines way out, and one set of "self" checkouts not working. If I'm going to have to stand in line to be the cashier, and bagger--I should be getting a paycheck from PNS. Never noticed this at other Pick n Saves. Corporate should be looking into this.

3 months agoThis review is for Pick 'n Save's online ordering/delivery. I ordered groceries this morning and got an email about an hour later that my order had been cancelled. No reason was provided. The email listed a phone number to call with questions. I called the number and found that it was not, in fact, a way to reach Pick 'n Save or their affiliate (metro market) but was instead a company selling medical alert systems. The woman on the phone ignored me and began her sales pitch, talking over me. This is either a scam in which Pick 'n Save is participating or the worst customer service ever.
