6 years agoThe remodel and transition from Copp's to Pick n Save has been great! The updates in the store have been something this older Copp's has desperately needed. Prices are starting to come down on many items. Glad they are adding more prepared and to go items. Excited to see more Kroger items to come. Only negative is the parking lot is VERY dark. I really wish they would get brighter lights.

2 months agoP&S can't compete with Woodman's on price and selection but quality of produce is better. Store entry is littered and dirty. Parking lot, cart corrals, and planted areas are full of trash, garbage, discarded masks. A real turn-off.

4 years agoSo I am getting so annoyed with this store. At first when it switched owners I thought it was going to improve - the looks, lay out, and offerings seemed to be improving. But I am noticing that almost every single time I shop, there is as t least one if not more items that ring up higher than advertised. If it was once in a while no big deal, but its constant! Sometimes it's a signage issue, but most often this occurs with yellow sticker discount items in the regular section (like lunch meat or salad close to expiration) or closeout items form their clearance section. It's super annoying because I often only purchased the item because it was a %age off, and then I get home and look at the receipt to see I was charged full price. Extra annoying when the reason it was discounted was because it was incomplete, like when I bought a discounted 6 pack that only had 5 sodas left. Get home and realized I was charged full price. It may be just a few dollars each time, but that adds up over 50 shopping trips a year, and thousands of customers. Its tantamount to theft and I'm sick of it.

5 months agoAwful experience shopping here today. When I walked into the store immediately there were no shopping cards. Then they switched to digital coupons you have to scan with your phone. Most of their customers are elderly and don’t know how to scan coupons with their phones. It’s ridiculous. I know it’s to collect data but you’re already getting our data with our pick and save cards. Then there were no check out lines open. All self serve. When I asked the lady at customer service about the digital coupons she was flippant and rude with me. That was my last trip to the store. I’ll move my prescriptions somewhere else. The pharmacy has been my only pleasant experience at the store.
