3 months agoGreat deals if you have the app or online account to get weekly digital deals. Digital coupons are good. Coupons on various products and change on a weekly to monthly basis. If you have an account with them, you will get monthly packs of coupons that reflect your purchase history, so you regularly get coupons in the mail that you actually can use. Usually stocked with the items I am looking for. Has large number of self checkout kiosks and checkout lanes open so the line to checkout is short. Great quality of deli, dairy, bakery, and produce. Meat quality is good, not great. Affordable and great products and service. Does have pharmacy and beauty and medical products. I usually can find what I need for a slightly higher price for the convenience. Can not comment on pharmacy... I have never used.

5 months agoThis store is bigger compared to the one on National ave. The prices of the food are also less compared. The staff at check out counter is really very friendly. The boy at the self checkout seems to hate his job. The self check out is not so friendly compared to the other stores. The guys who works at the meat counter also packs the pasta and other items. He never changes the gloves after touching the meat with his hands.

5 months agoRecently bought meat from here that looked good and WAS NOT ON CLEARANCE. It looked fresh and red/pink. I got home and put it in the pan literally less than 20 minutes from when I purchased it and the insides were brown and rancid. Will NOT purchase meat here again.

2 months agoIf I could I would give this Pick n Save zero stars. Stopped to pick up a quick dinner on my way home from Mayfair Mall (I live in Waterford) to my surprise the 5 piece chicken tender from the deli was 4 hours old and definitely had a texture/taste like it had been under the heating lamp all day. When I called customer service to suggest they pull it and possibly credit me the rude lady on the other end of the phone told me to bring the product back so she could credit me and wasn’t willing to pull the chicken. I wasn’t driving 30 min back to the store to argue with someone. I hope no one else buys it to come to the same conclusion. Terrible customer service!!

2 months agoThe worst customer service ever. I bought a corn beef and it was rotten. I wanted to buy another and had to make the lady in the meat department smell it first. It smelled bad to me. She asked another meat department employee to smell it. He refused. How could it hurt for him to smell it. If you ever smelled bad meat you know what I’m talking about. I won’t shop there anymore
