Found what I was looking for but an older blonde lady named dee would berate her employee's and didnt help me scan my beverages until i asked a couple more times. Waited 5 minutes till her service. Everyone else was very helpful except her.

Finished shopping went to check out to find that no checkouts were open except self serve. Asked self serve attendant if any of the other lines were open or going to be open she said no only self service but she could assist me if I need it. I don’t need assistance in self serve I want a want a full service line open! So I parked my full cart at self serve and left the attendant asked if I needed help and I told her I was going else where. The outside front of the store is very dark and dangerous an accident or mugging waiting to happen. I will never go back to this store that forces you to use self serve there are several better options.

Bakery closes early and no other staff is ‘trained’ well enough to slice bread or take a cake order. Poor leadership, lack of care or both?

Used the app to set up a delivery. Got a message my delivery was complete, but Instacart driver delivered to someone else (or decided to keep my order). They issued a refund that I might see in SEVEN days due to COVID. Are you kidding me?! So now I'm out my money and don't have my groceries to boot. Pick'nSave ran better when they did their own deliveries. To say this is unacceptable is an understatement.

The front of the store is so dark I was almost hit by a car. While I was crossing from the parking lot to the store nonexistent paint at the front of the store for crosswalk stop sign twisted and pushed off to side. The rest of the lot is a joke for any painted spaces just park anywhere. As for being a local store was told that they don't own the store only lease it call the number it's a international phone number. What a joke local my **s go in and 1/4 of the lights in the freezer area are out the store is old and dirty, should be torn down.
