Worth It
2 months agoI have a good shopping experience whenever I shop at this Pick n Save location in Hales Corners.

8 months agoThis is my usual grocery store and normally it is good but I needed to grocery shop at night for a trip up north. The only place to check out was self check. It was a little ridiculous trying to do self check out with $120 worth of groceries....The line backed up since it took me awhile. Should have gone elsewhere. Guess I know better for next time.

9 months agobeen a customer for over a few years now, never had a problem with any workers, I usually ride my scooter(I’m a kid) always walk it in the store because i don’t want it to be stolen, but then a worker lady I’ve never seen says I should leave because I can’t have a scooter, I don’t know if she doesn’t like it or she thinks it will break somthing, But this lady just had a problem with me, I proceed to tell her I’m a customer and always come here with a scooter, Good Store Just an L of a Lady, should be fired tbh, it was personal.

8 months agoVery bad experience. Went there last night and it was once again, another stressful checkout. We bagged all of our groceries while 2 workers stood a few feet away from us— chatting, laughing, staring, doing nothing. They clearly saw us and we were in the only lane open besides self check out (it was 2 hours until close). I was trying to tend to our fussy toddler while my boyfriend bagged everything— they definitely saw us looking stressed but continued to watch from a few feet away and chat. I’d understand having to bag our own groceries if the store was busy and the workers seemed to actually be doing their jobs, but that was far from the case. No excuse for that, simply do your job.

6 months agoThe young children that work here don’t really understand customer service & how to assist shoppers in a considerate manner.
