3 months agoFabulous checker, Anton. Was at the end of an 8 hour shift, long lines of people but he still smiled, joked and cheerfully rang up all 20 of my gift cards. What a nice experience!

a year agoHad everything we needed as we are staying at a hotel and needed a few things because we were cooking in our room. There was a very small selection of cooking oils. I'm used to a half an aisle dedicated to the stuff. Staff is super friendly!

3 months agoStopped in before going to work to pick up some round loaf bread. At 8 a.m.the only check ourt lanes open were self serve. With it being a holiday plenty of people shopping at this time most of them were elderly. With the amount of employees that were on staff at the time to only have 4 self checkouts open is absurd. Most had carts of items and having to run these through the self check was not efficient. At one time 3 of the 4 registers had their help lights on. This to me is not meeting the needs of your clients. Don't get it Pick n Save

5 months agoThis store is basic. From their basic staff to their basic meat department to their basic liquor department. Quality means going anywhere but here. Stopped in today to do my shopping. Couldn’t find the hamburger helper. Asked the “personal shopper” as to the location, without looking up and looking totally annoyed she states “aisle 9, top shelf”. I said Hamburger helper not Shake n Bake. Thanks for the customer no service. I had to go to Sendiks anyways for other things that Kroger’s fabulous suppliers can’t get for them. The nice gentleman took me right to the aisle!!! The BEST addition to Pic n Save is allowing Spectrum to stalk their customers to bug them about who they have for an internet provider. Nice touch Pic n Save!!! Can’t even pick up a Rotisserie chicken without being harassed!

a year agoDo not order a cake from this bakery! After 32 yrs at the USPS we ordered a retirement cake. It looked like a 3rd grader decorated it. In fact, my 3rd grade grandchild would done better. We asked for custard filling, it was so thin we didn't even notice it at first but got a hint of the taste. Pick n Save management tried to make it right. They gave us 1/2 off - yay. But it wasn't worth even that much. The hubby called and the brought us out another cake (from Franklin to Racine). That was an awesome gesture! The 2nd cake was filled with custard and tasted great but, again, the decorations were juvenile. The cakes in the bakery case looked so much better. Why even have a cake decorating team? Photos of the 1st cake show a flag cake with 33 dots rather than stars (we asked for a flag "on" the cake not a "flag cake"). They didn't bother to fix the word "of" and they didn't follow the written request we gave them - the words were a paragraph... The second cake said what we wanted but it was, again, well, I could have written it better myself. I was so sadly disappointed in the decorating of both cakes and in the 1st cakes lack of filling. But I was happy with how management bent over backwards to try and make it right. Bottom line, if you want a nicely decorated cake go elsewhere or buy a blank cake and have a 3rd grader decorate it...
