Pick ‘n Save

The handicap carts are never changed enough. We start shopping half way through I have to find someone to help transferring the food and they return it. It's embarrassing when there are none left and I pull my husband to finish let me tell you we get plenty staring!

It's a pic n save. Means you don't get to pick (getwhatyouget) n save (notcheaper). Festivel is cooler.

Very rude employees. Asked the girl at the counter where the breaded shrimp was because they'd moved some things around. Her response.. I have no idea I'm just a cashier.... turned around and ignored me. No attempt at all to help. Asked another employee, also rude and unhelpful. Went to the pick n save on National Ave, they'd moved stuff around there also because of the holidays but the guy in the meat dept led me right to the shrimp I wanted and was very nice. The store on bluemound should not hire rude, ignorant, snotty teenage girls unless they're going to at least train them to pretend to care about their job performance.

Got home and discovered my broccoli has mold on it. So disgusting. They never have product and when they do, it's bad apparently. I don't even go during peak hours! I don't understand why they never have what I need.

SOOOOOOO many errors..EVERY WEEK I need to spend time at the no -service counter getting refunds! Product doesn't ring up on sale or at the same price as tag on shelf , then they seem annoyed with me asking for a correction ! ANDcheck expiration dates.......lots out of date, especially dairy. I do like the smallness of the store , don't need all of the fluff! Was overcharged $13.00 this last time....lost a sale, lost a customer this last time.
