What is Pickup and how does it work?

Pickup is our online ordering service. Simply shop online for the products you need and pick up your order at the store you choose! Our associates will even bring out your purchases and load them into your car.

How do I reserve a timeslot for Pickup?

Start by signing in to your digital account. We have auto-selected a method for you to receive your groceries. If it is not already Pickup and the store you want, then enter the zip code where you want to get your groceries. Next, select Change Store next to the Pickup method. Select the store where you’d like to pick up your order, then start shopping. Once you’re ready to check out, start by going to your cart. Once you are in the checkout flow, you will be asked to schedule your Pickup order by selecting a timeslot.

Good selection and pricing. The self service check out was having a ton of issues, 3 of the kiosks kept glitching and required a staff member to walk over to each of them and unlock them for every customer.

Love coming here for lunch. However today the self serve registers were full so I went through the checkout line. There was an older lady her name tag said barb bagging who was chowing down on cake and licking her fingers after every bite. I don't think I'm the only one who would have a problem with this.

So tired of coming here. 1-2 checkout lines open during the 4-6pm time. 10-15 people waiting at self-check out. Today no one at the meat/butcher ! Waited again. This time I gave up after 10 min. I looked for anyone, but not a soul insight, including the deli. ( this was at 5p.m.) I’ve mentioned this kindly before. I have been told there is a hiring issue. I honestly don't believe this. I believe this is a management issue 100 % This store is very close to my home and the only reason I go here anymore. I go to other stores all within a 2 mile radius and don't have these issues.. There are plenty of employees working including 2-4 butchers behind the counter. These stores also have there Salad bars open and always fresh rotisserie chicken available. Not old discounted deli items. I hope you can turn this store around and wish you luck but your issues are ALL eternal.

The deli there leaves a lot to be desired. Often poorly stocked shelves. This place has really declined recently. Have been coming here for over thirty years. Time to move on I think.
