If I could give this place a negative 5 star , I would . Everytime I come here to refill my Propane , I'm waiting 15+ minutes for service . What's the point of a bell to ring outside if I always have to go in to ask for someone to come out , on top of that the attitude they give when they see that I came inside to ask for service . Just horrible .

Regular customer with U-haul but this was Worth experience EVER Absolutely uncomfortable and pleasant rental I ever can imagined at this place Rude "manager on duty" telling you that she don't care what's going on and why snow falling at her shift😭😭😭🙊🙉🙈

If there was a way I can give them a 0 star I would. This place is always so slow. Every time we come here for propane refill, it’s always 45 mins to an hour wait. No one comes out, you have to go inside and try to get someone. While they’re all just waiting around. Even if there’s no line. Don’t waste your time coming here. I don’t know how they’re still even employed. Bad service!

A guy who claimed to be a roaming manager was quote rude, well they both were, but this guy just walked away from me with a blatant forget you attitude while I was clearly still talking to him about the rental details. Don't know why they would put this guy anywhere near a 'customer service' position. I'd say the rest of the reviews speak for this place loud and clear. Any other uhaul in the area would likely be a better choice. They also charged me for a trailer I never was actually rented And and the truck the actually rented me, not just a pending transaction but a posted charge. Lovely business practices.
